The Tulip Magnolia

One of the smaller packages, but just as beautiful and strong as the Southern Magnolia. This is for the couples that have planned  out their dream wedding, but would like someone to execute the special moment. Six weeks prior to your big day Blessed Magnolia will provide:

  • One-on-one meeting to review your plans

  • Review vendor contracts and their responsibilities

  • Create the wedding timeline/schedule and verify this with vendors

  • Unlimited phone & email contact during business hours

  • Meeting the week of the wedding to review all final arrangements

  • Placement of table favors, guest book, place cards, & other ceremony/reception details as directed

  • Manage & direct the set up and design of the ceremony/reception

  • Work with the entertainment during the reception according to the event timeline designed during that vendor meeting.

  • Consultant will stay on site until the end of the reception to ensure that personal items (toasting glasses, guest book, cake knife & server, picture frames, gifts, etc.) are secured with a designated person.  Up to 8 hours, this time includes start of day 2 hours prior to wedding.

The Little Gem

Although smaller than the Southern Magnolia this flower is just as special. You have started the planning process by booking the venue and a few vendors but would like a little professional help to tie up all the loose ends.

  • Three one-on-one meetings to review plans

  • Review budget planning

  • Create wedding timeline/schedule

  • Look at vendor contracts and responsibilities 

  • Call and verify timeline of wedding day

  • Provide vendor suggestions based on desires and budget

  • Collaborate via Aisleplanner. This is a wedding planner tool where you can track progress on a synced checklist, share design boards and keep track of vendor contracts.

  • Unlimited phone and email contact during business hours

  • Assist with guest hotel accommodation, room blocks and transportation

  • Attend 2 vendor meetings with couple

  • Work with bride and groom on procession, recession order and important family seating

  • Meeting the week of the wedding to verify all final arrangements

  • Distribute wedding party itinerary at the rehearsal

  • Placement of all table favors, guest book, place cards and other details as directed

  • Manage and direct set up and design of ceremony and reception

  • Work with the entertainment during the reception according to the event timeline designed during that vendor meeting.

  • Up to six face-to-face meetings during the planning process

  • Call and verify timeline of wedding day

  • Provide vendor suggestions based on desires and budget

  • Assist with design and selection of save-the-dates, invitations and place cards

  • Create a personalized wedding checklist.

  • Collaborate via Aisleplanner. This is a wedding planner tool where you can track progress on a synced checklist, share design boards and keep track of vendor contracts.

  • Provide vendor referrals matching your personality and budget

  • Unlimited phone and email contact during business hours

  • Assist with guest hotel accommodation, room blocks and transportation

  • Attend 2 vendor meetings with couple

  • Arrange for purchase of accessories such as favors, wedding party gifts, guest book, toasting glasses, ring pillow and cake server, if needed

  • Coordinate venue and vendor appointments and attend meeting (as needed), review venue and vendor contacts.

  • Assist in preparing seating charts and diagrams

  • Advise and assist with menu selection

  • Work with bride and groom on procession, recession order and important family seating

  • Meeting the week of the wedding to verify all final arrangements

  • Distribute wedding party itinerary at the rehearsal
